Daily Happy Thoughts

Yup. That pretty much sums it up. I had been watching TV this evening and my eyes would already involuntarily close on me. LOL. I call it ‘battery empty.’

We had a blast at the beach earlier today and whole badminton gang was there. The weather was somewhat uncooperative but we had a lot of fun nonetheless. The foodtrip was great as usual, especially the mouth watering ‘Brazo de Mercedes with ice cream.’ That was pretty much devoured by the gang. I mean literally. Haha. You don’t believe me? Well I’ll show you guys a photo on the next post to show you how the people went all greedy on that one.

For now, I have to call it a day.

It’s really amazing how the net has revolutionized the way we connect to people. Earlier today, I just received well wishes from Tat, the wife of my former officemate Rhys. They had both migrated to Australia around December last year. Apparently, they have been visiting this site and they have gotten word of our plan to settle down come October. You can imagine how happy I was to have read their well wishes. Well, who wouldn’t right? We still keep in touch and he still keeps on asking updates on what’s happening at the office and other new developments.

Anyway, Rhys had asked questions on how we got started on our blogging as he was somewhat interested on this little hobby of ours. If you ask me, this is a great way to reconnect with old friends and make new ones. Through social community networks such as 3gb community, one can upload photos to share with friends, join groups, blogs, chat with other members, and hear the latest mp3 songs. Knowing Rhys, a big music aficionado, I’ll surely invite him to join 3gb community www.3gb.biz.
