A few minutes from now, the clock will be striking a half hour past midnight. The hour coupled with the raw drizzing rain outside, I should be in dreamland already! How will I wake up bright and fresh early this morning for the ISO audit? Tsk.
Limitation on television time should be implemented on me. Better yet, control (this is better than totally eliminate *sob*) my exposure to TV medical dramas, such as House, Grey’s Anatomy, Private Practice, and Scrub. There’s nobody or nothing to be blamed for this growing unhealthy, nocturnal habit of mine but me. My loyal Samsung SlimFit TV has done nothing but broadcast my favourite shows! Its location now is at the living room on the first floor of our apartment. “Living room” and “bed room” are contrary terms when it comes to the location of a television (for television drama enthusiasts like me, at least).
I wonder when will I be able to return to my normal sleeping pattern. I wonder for the second time if this could be resolved by purchasing another TV unit, with this one to be placed in our bedroom. This just gave me a great idea! I want to have a high-definition TV this time around, a plasma/an LCD HDTV to be exact! Oh, I can’t wait to tell Ian the would-be new arrangement of our bedroom when we’ll have one.

To take the help of sleeping apparatus is not good for long term health because for the longer time you will be dependent on that or addicted to that,
at the personal level i will never recommend it for you.
