Freebies!!!

Published by andoyitok under Accessories, Freebies

I was checking out the roll of participating blogs on weekend snapshot and found a very interesting post by Liza here. She got a free book from a website giving away free books just by commenting on the post there. Any book enthusiast out there should definitely check it out. The site can be found here.

I remember back in college, I had a classmate who had this habit of signing up for whatever freebies he could find on the net. He did have an assortment of things that he received through mail, from brochures to pneumatic cylinders..lol. I dunno what he made out of those things. He was some kind of techno geek. Anyway, as I said before: to each his own, so I guess he got his kicks from that. Freebies like this almost always brings out the kid in everyone of us.

..and yup, I already signed up for a chance to win a free book :)

ummm..another freebie we got was this gift/award from a blogger friend Chesca. She’s only 14, but we absolutely enjoy reading her blog posts. She sure sounds a lot mature in her posts. :)

Mouse Trap, you need one

Published by borski under Accessories

As I was browsing through the Internet for a durable mouse, I came across the Belkin Mouse Trap. I find the mouse trap not only very hip and trendy but also very functional. It costs about PHP 532.00 ($12.99) and perfectly serves a dual purpose:

First, as a pouch to carry and store a mouse (a pen and USB thumb drive as well) wherever one may go;

Second, as a handy colorful mouse pad when unzipped.

It comes in 4 different color combinations of Dove + Tarragon, Dove + Peony (I love this!), Chocolate + Tourmaline (and this, too!), Steel + Burnt Orange. Since this is washable, one need not worry if the mouse pad will become dog-eared and smelly. With this, I think I can keep my mouse protected. Any laptop or desktop enthusiast would really want to own this!
