The palinpinon gethermal Facility is almost visible from my baranggay, Banilad. There were nights when i see flashes of light coming from this plant. Whats so iornic is that, if Palinpinon provides percentage of Energy to neighboring islands, Why the hell do we still experience Black-outs?
